Things are taking a bloody turn for Ashley Greene in her latest movie.
The 26-year-old 'Twilight' saga actress got a dash of crimson for her death scene in 'Burying the Ex,' in which she plays Anton Yelchin's controlling girlfriend, Evelyn.

Greene plays a manipulative girlfriend who dies in a freak accident.
After she dies in a freak accident, Evelyn rises from the grave and makes her former boyfriend's life a living hell.

She comes back as a zombie to torment her former boyfriend.
Yelchin, who plays Max in the movie, is best known as Chekov in J.J. Abrams' 'Star Trek' movies.
The movie, which is due out next year, is directed by Joe Dante of 'Gremlins' fame.
